The little bully is one of two cocktails that was created after started purchasing items for National Margarita Day. I have always considered grapefruit to be the "bully" of all fruits because no matter what you mix it with, it always finds a way to blow out every other flavor that's in the drink. So I thought to myself. Instead of trying to combat grapefruit (and making it mad), why not create a cocktail that bring such subtle notes that mellow out grapefruit's bite without insulting its flavor. To challenge myself, I made that subtle note......Coconut. Like subscribe, share and as always, enjoy!!
- 2 oz. Coconut Rum
- 1 oz. Coconut Milk
- 1 1/2 oz. Fresh Squeezed Grapefruit Juice
- 1/2 oz. Simple Syrup
- 1/2 oz. Lime Juice
Directions:
Add all ingredients into a shaker with ice, shake vigorously and strain over a fresh block of ice into an Arome glass.
