The Happy Medium

Today’s feature cocktail is The Happy Medium inspired by Pamela, creator of LolaAde. Her selected ensemble is a no sew wrap around dress designed and cultivated by Pamela, herself. Her outfit portrays a mesh of bold color, graceful design, and capricious thought process. The same can be said for The Happy Medium. This gin based cocktail was receives its darker hue from a mixture of elderberry/currant liqueur and its unique flavor balance from lime and ginger syrup. It is then garnished with a potpourri of tealeaves (including Rooibos, rosehip, elderberry, and lavender) allowing its fragrance to create a happy medium of sight, smell, and taste.
