Tea Time Cocktail

Updated: Oct 23, 2018

Time for some experimenting! For this cocktail we took fresh looseleaf earl grey tea and Seagram's Gin for a beautiful and floral cocktail! Try it at home and let us know what you think!

- 2 oz. Earl grey Infused Gin*

- 1/2 oz. Elderflower

- 1/2 oz. Lavender Syrup*

- 1 oz. Fresh Lemon Juice

- 1 egg white

Add all ingredients in a shaker over ice. Shake generously for 20 seconds. Strain into a new shaker and dry shake for 20 seconds. Strain into a martini glass and garnish with lemon wheel and lavender. Enjoy!

*To make infused Gin, take a table spoon of looseleaf Earl grey tea and seep in about 2 cups to 4 cups of gin for up to 4 days (any longer will cause the tannis to be too harsh.) Strain the tea out of the tea store in a sealed bottle. Full disclosure, I made this infusion close to a year ago and when I tasted it to get inspiration for the cocktail, it tasted amazing just by itself!!!
