Spicy Pyrus

The spicy pyrus came about after creating the "Perfect Pear" for our Cocktail Stylings Series a few days ago. The Perfect Pear had a balance of sweet and hot which was accomplished with pear nectar and jalapeno then balanced off with mint and lime (recipe can be found under the Perfect Pear posting).

The spicy Pyrus mirrored that flavor profile but instead found its spice profile from Mezcal instead of peppers. Make it at home and tell us what you think! Like, share, and subscribe!!!


2 oz. Mezcal

1 oz. Simple Syrup

1 oz Pear Nectar

1/2 oz Lime Juice



Directions: Muddle mint, ginger, lime and simple. Add Mezcal and Pear nectar with ice and shake. Pour over fresh ice with lime wheel and mint garnish!
