Service Description

Bartender: + All necessary equipment including shakers, openers, pourers, spill mats, bar spoon, muddler, strainers, ice scoop, garnish tray, knife, and cutting board. + 30 minute phone consultation + Research for up to 2 specialty cocktails + Customized shopping list for all necessary ingredients + 1 hour set up time Wait Staff: + Set up food for buffet style serving OR family style service of already prepared food. + Passing out of hors d'oeuvres and desserts + Keeping food replenished + Cleaning up including but not limited to bagging plastic utensils, plates, cups, and napkins. If chinaware is used, loading of the dishwasher is provided as well as unloading of cleaned dishes. + Washing of cooking pots and pans are not included. + Taking and hanging guests coats/retrieve coats at guest request + Breakdown buffet stands at the end of event. + Returning venue in the manner it was presented before event. ** Prices listed are 2 workers (1 bar, 1 wait). To insure Precious Bartending quality service is provided, it is suggested 1 bartender and 1 wait staff per 75 guests *** Additional time for pouring can be added at $50 per hour per bartender. *** Additional time for waitstaff can be added at $50 per hour per staff member.

Cancellation Policy

Client is required to make a security deposit to ensure their date is set. Deposit can be made via cash, check, money order, or credit card. Security Deposits are nonrefundable. If services are requested 2 or more weeks in advance, security deposit stipulation can be applied. Remaining Balance is due two days before the event date. If services are requested less than 2 weeks before event, full payment is due upon request to ensure services. If services require purchasing of any liquor/beverages or rentals, remaining balance becomes due no later than one week before event. If remaining balance is not paid within timeframes listed above, there can be no guarantee of rentals or liquor delivery. In the event that any event is postponed due to reasons beyond the control of the client, a date can be rescheduled within 30 days. If the date is rescheduled within 30 days, the security will be applied to that date.
