Service Description

Packages include the price of one bartender for a minimum of 4 hours of pour. + Cocktail straws and cocktail napkins + 110 quart cooler with service ice for 75 patrons in addition to product ice for chilling beer and wine. + Travel includes to venue location within 50 miles of West Orange, New Jersey (additional miles will require additional fee of .60 cents per mile) + Traditional garnishes – Lemons, Limes, Cherries, Oranges, Olives + Up to 200 clear and presentable plastic tumblers sized 8 to 10 oz. + Mixers: Coke, Diet Coke, Ginger ale, Lemon Lime, Cranberry, tonic, club soda, water for up to 75 patrons. + Portable Bar included in this package + 1 1/2 hour set up time. + 6 750mL bottles of Vodka, Rum, Gin, Whiskey/Bourbon (your choice of spirits from our provided list) * Please note that alcohol is transported to the event only at the request of the client. Any payment for alcohol is considered a reimbursement of funds and cannot be SOLD to patrons at your event by Precious Bartending, LLC. * Parking will need to be made available (street, open lot, or validated by client) to transport requested items. * For a party of more than 75, additional ice can be added. *More hours can be added to all packages for $50 per hour per bartender.

Cancellation Policy

Client is required to make a security deposit to ensure their date is set. Deposit can be made via cash, check, money order, or credit card. Security Deposits are nonrefundable. If services are requested 2 or more weeks in advance, security deposit stipulation can be applied. Remaining Balance is due two days before the event date. If services are requested less than 2 weeks before event, full payment is due upon request to ensure services. If services require purchasing of any liquor/beverages or rentals, remaining balance becomes due no later than one week before event. If remaining balance is not paid within timeframes listed above, there can be no guarantee of rentals or liquor delivery. In the event that any event is postponed due to reasons beyond the control of the client, a date can be rescheduled within 30 days. If the date is rescheduled within 30 days, the security will be applied to that date.
